1.  How can I place my order?
You can place your order directly through our website, or by messaging us on Instagram or Facebook. Simply share the product details, size, and delivery information, and our team will guide you through the process.


2. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
Customized articles may take longer depending on stitching time and design requirements.


3. What are the available payment methods?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa.
For urgent or customized orders, advance payment is required.


4. Are nighties returnable or exchangeable?
Due to hygiene reasons, nighties are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.


5. Are there any extra charges for customized orders?
No, we do not charge extra for customized orders.
Advance Payment: 40% advance is required via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa to begin processing.
Note: Prices may vary based on client-provided measurements.


6. Can I exchange a product if there is a size issue?
Yes, exchange is allowed for standard sizes (S, M, L) in case of size-related issues.
No refunds are offered.
Note: This does not apply to lingerie items.

Extra Sizes (XL, XXL) & Custom Orders:
There is no return, no exchange, and no refund on XL, XXL sizes or customized articles.

Exchange Shipping Charges:
All courier charges for exchanges (e.g., size change) are to be handled by the customer.
This policy is not applicable to lingerie.


7.  Can I place an international order through the website?
Currently, it is preferable to place international orders via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
Please note:
A 40% advance payment via bank transfer is required to process international orders.
