Exchange & Refund Policy

Nightwear (Nighties):
Strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Standard Sizes (S, M, L):
Exchange only is allowed for size-related issues. No refunds.
(Not applicable for lingerie items.)

Extra Sizes (XL, XXL) & Custom Orders:
No return, no exchange, and no refund for XL, XXL, or customized articles.

Exchange Shipping Charges:
All courier charges for exchanges (e.g., size change) will be handled by the customer.
