POLICIES

At Zeemal, we want you to love your clothes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy are designed to make the process as easy and convenient as possible.

RETURNS

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your chosen article must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

    To initiate a return:
  • Contact our customer support at Facebook/Instagram [Zeemal_clothing] or email us [Zeemal.clothing@gmail.com] to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization number.
  • Ship the package to the provided address.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: All Delivery charges shall be handled by Consignee rest amount will be transferred via easy paisa or online payment.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or style, we're happy to help with exchanges.

    Follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support at Facebook/Instagram [Zeemal_clothing] or email us [Zeemal.clothing@gmail.com] to request an exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice and the exchange authorization number.
  • Ship the package to the provided address.
  • All delivery charges for an exchange shall be handled by Consignee.

Once we receive your exchange item and inspect it, we will send out the new item to you.

NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

    Certain items are non-returnable/exchangeable, including:
  • Article that has been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items without original tags.
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale.
  • No refund/No return/ No exchange of sizes XL, XXL or customized of Women Articles.
  • No refund/No return/ No exchange of Men Articles.
  • No refund/No return/ No exchange of Kids Articles.
  • Items past 7 days from date of delivery shall not be eligible for return/exchange.

CUSTOMISED ORDER

We take 30% advance payment via bank transfer or easy paisa for customized articles. Prices may vary depending upon the measurements given by clients.

SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
